Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Quantum Creatives may issue refunds for services rendered.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services — which involve significant time, strategy, and creative resources — all payments made to Quantum Creatives are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Pre-Commencement Cancellations
If a client cancels their engagement before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued at our discretion. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to kade@quantumcreatives.io within 48 hours of the initial payment.
3. Partial Refunds
In cases where a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be considered based on the proportion of work completed. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
5. Recurring Subscriptions
For monthly retainer clients, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Refunds for the current billing period are not issued once the cycle has begun.
